
Piraeus Theatre
General: It is located in the heart of the city of Piraeus and was built as a copy of the Bolsoi Theatre by the Greek architect Ioannis Lazarimos. The construction period was between 1884 and 1895.
Activity: Piraeus Theatre has hosted the past years the most well known Greek troupes the Greek National Opera and many more. During an long period the theatre’s secondary buildings had hosted the Municipal library of Piraeus as well as Piraeus Gallery
